چکیده

The aetiology of ischemic heart diseases is mainly based on atherosclerosis coronary artery. Inflammation and oxidative reactions are initiating aggravating the illness resulting in pathological remodelling vasculaturze at site injury. Endothelium lining blood vessels participated reaction biochemically through releasing some proteins into circulatory system which further complicate condition. aim this study was to determine early diagnosed hyperlipidaemia-associated changes plasma level these endothelial biomolecules. Compared healthy control, hyperlipidaemic patients have significantly increased arginase, metalloendopeptidase, peroxidase, myeloperoxidase, peroxynitrite with concomitant reduction arylesterase nitric oxide. present concluded that hyperlipidaemia play a great role modulation certain protein markers might be directly related patient condition or could used as tool for diagnosis follow up indicating stage vasculature remodelling, healing, inflammation resolution.

Mediterranean diet, endothelial function and vascular inflammatory markers.

OBJECTIVES To discuss present knowledge about the relation between adipose tissue, inflammation and the Mediterranean-style diet. DESIGN Review of the literature and personal perspectives. SETTING AND RESULTS Recent studies indicate that adipose tissue is an endocrine organ producing numerous proteins, collectively referred to as adipokines, with broad biological activity, which play an imp...

Vascular endothelial growth factor is modulated in vascular muscle cells by estradiol, tamoxifen, and hypoxia.

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) promotes neovascularization, microvascular permeability, and endothelial proliferation. We described previously VEGF mRNA and protein induction by estradiol (E2) in human endometrial fibroblasts. We report here E2 induction of VEGF expression in human venous muscle cells [smooth muscle cells (SMC) from human saphenous veins; HSVSMC] expressing both ER-a...

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Production is Regulated by Gene Polymorphisms

Background: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has a key role in angiogene-sis and in transplantation. The level of VEGF is related to the differences in the DNA sequence of its promoter region. Objectives: In this study, the association between the combination of VEGF –1154 G and –2578 C alleles and VEGF production by LPS-stimulated PBMCs was investigated. In addition; the relationship ...

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor from Embryonic Status to Cardiovascular Pathology

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a multifunctional cytokine with distinct functions in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, vascular permeability, and hematopoiesis. VEGF is a highly conserved, disulfide-bonded dimeric glycoprotein of 34 to 45 kDa produced by several cell types including fibroblasts, neutrophils, endothelial cells, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells, particularly T ...

Mesenchymal Stem Cells Differentiate to Endothelial Cells Using Recombinant Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor –A

Background: Vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A), an endothelial cell-specific mitogen produced by various cell types, plays important roles in cell differentiation and proliferation. In this study we investigated the effect of recombinant VEGF-A on differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to endothelial cells (ECs). Methods: VEGF-A was expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3) and BL21...
